I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions, and the staff were friendly and helped with my inquiries. the room could use some maintenance, as the shower had issues and the decor felt outdated. Still, it's a good option for a budget-friendly stay.

Great location and welcoming staff
I enjoyed my stay, especially the warm hospitality from the staff and the vibrant atmosphere of the bar area. The location was fantastic, being close to theatres and lively nightlife, which made it easy to explore the city. the noise from the nearby venue made it hard to get a good night's sleep. it was a decent place for a short stay.

Great spot for a night out
Had a blast staying here! The staff were super friendly, Simon even helped carry our bags! And the location, it's right in the middle of everything, made it easy to hit the bars. I mean, we were just a short walk away from the nightlife, which was wild haha. the earplugs they provided were a lifesaver, we needed those with all the noise around.
Not exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

would definitely come back
The room had a nice comfortable double bed with decent quality linens. It was equipped with a private bathroom featuring shampoo, body soap, and towels. I enjoyed the flat-screen TV and electric kettle for tea. The bar was cozy with a chill vibe and a good gin selection. I loved the easy access to the city center.

The room was okay, but the beds were super uncomfortable. I definitely felt the springs poking through and hit the hard base when lying down. Not fun at all! there was a weird damp smell in the bathroom. On the bright side, the location was great for exploring Leeds, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They even provided ear plugs, which was a nice touch, even if they didn't really stay in my ears!

The staff were wonderful, making the stay pleasant despite some shortcomings like the freezing room and noise from nearby clubs. The location is lively, but prepare for steep stairs and be ready for a few surprises. Not the cleanest, but manageable for a fun weekend.

amazing access to great food and cultural spots
I had such a wonderful time exploring the vibrant streets nearby, with the Leeds Corn Exchange just 500 meters away and some delicious food options like Zaap Thai Street Food less than a 5-minute walk away that made it all the more enjoyable. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving my stay a lovely personal touch, but the noise from surrounding nightlife can be quite disruptive at times.
